We Ship Worldwide Because Shark Week Is a Global Event
Every order placed at That's On Period™ is printed on demand, just for you. That means before your order even leaves the building, it needs to be made. Here is everything you need to know about how that works.
Order Processing
All orders go through a production period of 2 to 4 business days before they are shipped. This is when your product is actually being printed and prepared. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Times by Country
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 2 to 5 business days Canada: 5 to 10 business days United Kingdom: 10 to 30 business days Australia: 10 to 30 business days New Zealand: 10 to 30 business days South Africa: 10 to 30 business days
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and sale events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
To get your full estimated delivery window, add the processing time to your shipping time. For example, a US order could take anywhere from 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase to arrive at your door. An international order could take between 12 and 34 business days in total. We know the international windows are wide and we appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first and then reach out to us at justgirlietings@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not something That's On Period™ has control over. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing your order.
Something Went Wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will make it right.
Please note that because all products are printed on demand we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you are unsure about sizing please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
